The EBEN Annual Conference 2026 will take place from 27–29 May at Rennes School of Business and is hosted by the Centre for Unframed Thinking. Organised by EBEN France in collaboration with ESSCA School of Management, EXCELIA Business School and Rennes School of Business, the conference explores the theme of *new beginnings* in behaviour, thinking and practice.

In a world confronted with profound challenges — including climate change, inequality, geopolitical conflicts and the rapid advance of artificial intelligence — established routines are being disrupted and traditional approaches are no longer sufficient. Addressing these challenges requires the courage to break with the past, overcome obstacles and imagine new ways forward. Yet initiating meaningful change also raises significant ethical and practical questions.
